Song Da Riverside - Five-star home by Saigon River

Song Da Riverside has five 25-storey towers (not including the ground floor, mezzanine and roof) as the shape of five apricot blossom petals spreading out five way and the pistil is the vast central square. Looking down from on high the whole project as a giant apricot flower reflected down the romantic Saigon River, as a peaceful and romantic paiting.

 

Under five towers are two basements thoroughly (which has a floating basement) with a total area of 32.199m2 for parking. Besides 1,248 apartments with area from 75 to 121m2, penthouse with the area from 175m2 or more, each tower also has private public service, trade. Specifically, An Vui 1 tower has six floors for business, the entire ground floor of the three towers An Vui 2, 4 and 5 is the commercial center, ground floor of An Vui 3 tower with a total area of 1,252m2 will be used for kindergarten. The entire roof of the building' sole will be arranged for park, trees, playgrounds, walking street.



Around the towers are flower garden, water landscape. Existing Lo Duong cannal will be renovated, bending river routes into the landscape river and ecology lake. Legal and project progress

Until now, all legal procedures, the clearance the ground, survey design and construction of auxiliary works were completed. Embankment system of reinforced concrete has been completed in March 2010. Expected in late 2010, Song Da Riverside will be officially starting construction.
