6/28/2010 - Tacso Joint Stock Company has recently announced detailed plan on Freeland Building project.
Freeland Apartment Building is located in Phap Van – Tu Hiep urban zone, six kilometres far from Hanoi centre, close to Linh Dam and Yen So Park new urban zones. It will be constructed on the total land area of 2,173 square metres, with floor area of 20,000 square metres.
The building will be 21-storey tall, with two-level basement, the first floor will be commercial centre, second to seventh floor will be office space, and eighth to 21st floors will be apartment area providing 126 apartments.
The project's design consultancy is Kyta Company from Singapore. This company has designed some other projects such as The Crescent of Phu My Hung, four main towers of Linh Dam urban zone and Viet Hung villas area of HUD.
