8/20/2010  - Golden Land Building is located at 275 Nguyen Trai Street, Hanoi. The project was built on an area of more than 23,000 m2, including commercial area and high-level residential. Golden Land Building designed by modern architecture of Europe, the Archipel implemented - famous consulting firm of French. When completion, Golden Land Building will be closed complex: a commercial center with a floor area of 21,903 m2 and three apartment towers high.

Design

The apartment area is divided into three different buildings common base from basement 3rd to floor 9th. This will be the first third-tower in Hanoi, including two block 25-storey high and a block 27 storeys high. There are total of over 500 apartments divided into 30 different types of area from 73m2 to 145m2.

The apartments are Archipel designed reasonably, modern architectural style, take advantage of space and natural light sources, giving you comfort and convenience, contribute a new architecture in the heart of Hanoi.

Project progress

Total investment for the whole project is about 4,000 billion VND.

Phase 1 of the project began in June 2010. As expected, three apartment buildings with 730 apartments and the service works will be completed in May 2013.

Phase 2, the remaining works will be implemented from June/2013 to December/2015.
