The project is divided into five phases of construction:

- Phase 1 (03/2011 to 03/2012): Zone A consists of townhouses and villas.
- Phase 2 (03/2012 to 03/2013): Zone B consists of hotels, offices, commercial centers, schools, hospitals, supermarkets, town-houses...
- Phase 3 (03/2013 to 09/2014): villas, semi-villas of Zone C.
- Phase 4 (09/2014 to 09/2015): villas of Zone E.
- Phase 5 (09/2015 to 09/2017): Zone D consists of luxury villas, restaurants and resorts.

Owner: Trung Nam Group (TNG) is a professional investment in construction, real estate, hydroelectricity, refrigeration electrical engineering, finance... With its strong human resources and finance, TNG is currently invest more than 10 projects across the country.

Planning consultant: The leading company in the U.S. on urban planning design, SOM (Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LL). SOM has designed the master plan for South Saigon urban area, including the Phu My Hung urban area. Currently, the SOM is a design consultant for three major projects in Vietnam.
